Ubuntu Release Management Newsletter - August 2025

Tim Andersson posts the first of the Ubuntu Release Management team newsletters, this one for August 2025. We’re told these will come out monthly, and include details of recent events such as the release of Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, end of life of Ubuntu 24.10, and so much more. We’re told of work on off-site backups of all cdimages, plus new ‘dangerous’ desktop images, and more. Congratulations is given to Tech Lead Utkarsh Gupta for his work.
