Item for UWN

Ubuntu Forums is making a move to Ubuntu Community Hub

The old software needs to be pensioned off, and therefore the support function is migrating to Discourse.

These dates are subject to change, depending on unforeseen happenings, but the tentative opening date is 12 December, with the old forums finally going read-only on 9 January. This gives users time to finish their existing help threads on the old forums.
