Very nice!
Looked at it in a live session. Didn’t install, as I have moved everything to focal, even have Cinnamon.
But, checked yours. The wallpaper looks shiny, with more life! Beautiful colour too!
Few suggestions;
- make the “Ubuntu Cinnamon Remix” wording at least 1/3 of its size on the default wallpaper,
- configure the panel colour to match the default wallpaper, which is lovely,
- screenshot app is missing, had to install one to get a screeny,
- take one off, gthumb or photos,
- add Synaptic Package Manager, most users need that,
- add the newest Nemo, for Linux Mint with Bionic has it
