  • Collaborated with Michael Tokarev to update the freerdp3 package in Debian and Ubuntu to 3.6.3
  • Collaborated with Giafranco on the gnustep 1.30 transition for Ubuntu
  • Giafranco also completed the last bits of the poppler 24.06 transition for Ubuntu
     
  • Cherry-picked the default font change for GNOME 47 from Cantarell to Inter to Debian for early testing. This change doesn’t really affect Ubuntu since Ubuntu uses the Ubuntu font. This also required changes to meta-gnome3 & gnome-session to ensure that systems have the font installed. I decided to keep Cantarell as a Recommends for the Trixie release to ensure that live updates work as expected.
  • Encouraged the Debian Shotwell maintainer to add additional dependencies for better support of additional image formats
  • My jpeg-xl packaging improvements were accepted
     
  • The SRU Team accepted a large number of proposed SRUs for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS this week. They will need to be tested before being released as updates.
  • Sponsored an autopkgtest fix for gdm3 with openssl 3.2
  • Packaged many of the GNOME 46.3 updates for Debian and Ubuntu 24.10
  • Miscellaneous other updates
