The wifi-ap snap is a solution to deploy a WiFi access point easily on any device capable of running snaps.
The wifi-ap snap supports a set of features to cover generic WiFi access point use cases. It provides
- An easy to use configuration system to configure all necessary aspects of an access point.
- Includes support for different hardware driver support scenarios like simultaneous use of the same WiFi device for AP and STA mode.
- Provides a REST API service to configure all aspects from other software components running on the same device.
