WSL integration with Landscape

Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) is a feature in Windows that enables you to run a Linux environment directly from your Windows machine, so you can use both Windows and Linux simultaneously. Landscape now supports WSL integration, allowing you to manage your WSL Ubuntu instances from your Landscape account.

For more information on WSL, see Microsoft’s WSL documentation.

The WSL integration with Landscape is only available for beta users at this time.

Configure

There are multiple steps you need to perform to use WSL with Landscape. At a minimum, you’ll need one Windows host machine and one Ubuntu instance registered with Landscape.

Usage

Once you’ve registered at least one Windows host machine and one Ubuntu instance in Landscape, there are many tasks you can perform from the Landscape web portal or via the API.
