I have a problem with Ubuntu 19.10 on my Zotac ZBOX CI640. The problem is with boot. By booting there are errors with the PCI (Sata or USB, I don’t know). While booting I must wait 90seconds to start the system. By the Ubuntu 19.04, the waiting time is shorter. The system after boot work’s fine.
Alan Pope in the post you replied to was directing users to where they can assist users with their problems, likewise you as a user should use those same sites to get help. This site is for the co-ordination of the Ubuntu project(s), and not support.
