Will 22.04 allow window sharing on Wayland?

I still have to switch to X11 when I have to share some windows using Google Meet.

Is there a change planned?

causes Chromium to hang…

I’ve been watching https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1849478, and it seems this is not ready yet.

Have you tried installing gnome-remote-desktop?
I haven’t tried Ubuntu 22.04 yet (still on 21.10), but I saw this post on another forum.
If you happen to try this out, please let me know :wink:

it is already installed.
I’ve just tested with Chrome and 1 window presentation makes the gnome portal to hang…
