Under the virt-install section, I deleted the --video=vmvga default video driver override because it currently doesn’t work for Ubuntu Server VM installation (works fine for Ubuntu desktop installation). It was only there because way back in 2013, the default driver didn’t work. For reference see this bug report.

Be sure to replace web_devel with the appropriate virtual machine name
