I am sorry if this is an obvious question but I went to make a very basic server in a VM and booted the latest ISO. I must be missing something because it installs and loads loads of things I didn’t want(cloud,etc,etc) I jst wanted a very simple and small server in a vm to run headerless for demo purposes(make a DHCP server/TFTP server etc). I notice the mini.iso but how do I get the live latest iso to just do a minimal install? I want to be able to apt install things and get updates. After that nothing. These will be ‘throw away’
