I reported the page https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/kernel-names/54573 to friends but they can’t see it.
I think the issue is that the entire Lounge category is non-public. I can’t say I really understand that but maybe someone else can say why.
It certainly isn’t public:
Of course, neither is your post on the Lounge here:
Actually looking at the “about this category” post, it does indeed say it’s restricted by user level:
If you can see this topic, you were recently promoted to basic user (trust level 1)
You can now access a private Lounge category only visible to users at trust level 1 and higher

Pretty sure this page would not be publicly accessible.
Not sure if there is any documentation about what can be viewed publicly?
Almost everything else can be viewed by anonymous or TL0.
Two categories have read access restrictions: Staff and Lounge.
Most categories have a write access restriction (TL1 or above). Support is the only free-to-write category.
Lounge has limited visibility because the original intent was off-topic and informal discussion. It’s the wrong place for a proposal or a project tracker or a reference. It’s the wrong place to be quoted from. It’s not meant to be a substitute for a blog post.
It’s a safe place to toss around a half-baked idea with folks who have earned trust…and not show up quoted in the press about it.
Appreciate the explanation, thank you.
