Idea for handling a missing remote management options of Cockpit

People have the liberty to choose how they wish to manage and administer their installation of Ubuntu Server, whether through Ubuntu Landscape or Cockpit. Landscape is a one stop shop for updates, configuration management, compliance and more.

With netplan.io it’s a really useful tool, however when utilising Cockpit it doesn’t get a look in. An idea for a core part of an update of Ubuntu server with the Cockpit installed, is for a netplan.io module (extension). That way you can reconfigure the server’s netplan settings right from your web browser.

Also another potentially useful module idea is being able to manage and view the Ubuntu Pro status on specific servers, through Cockpit.
