Proposed change in glib to be aware when running inside snap when to use portals and which gsettings backend to use.

Ubuntu Store

refactored PackageModel and PackageService
filed an issue to track the locking of PackageService when a package is being installed/removed
partially addressed the above issue by not tracking the currently displayed app/snap in the models
switched the mocks for unit tests to mocktail, which is nicer because it doesn’t require generated code to live in the repository
