- Prepared the GNOME Shell security fix for Ubuntu 23.04 after verifying that Ubuntu 22.04 LTS was not affected.
- Updated mozjs102 for the upcoming Debian 12.2
- Prepared and announced GNOME’s 44.5 release
- Did ISO testing for Ubuntu 23.10 Beta which was released a few days ago
- Filed several screen reader bugs with the Ubuntu Desktop 23.10 Beta installer
- Filed several other installer bugs too
- Ubuntu has a limited set of packaged GNOME Shell extensions. To get GNOME Shell 45 into Ubuntu 23.10, we temporarily removed the ones not compatible with the new version. I’ve been working to get those back into Ubuntu 23.10 (except for probably gnome-shell-mailnag since it’s not maintained upstream and orphaned in Debian).
