EDIT never mind. I kept reading posts and eventually the system added me to trust.
For others, just keep trying. I think clicking on posts is not enough. You actually need to “read” through them all too… or at least scroll slowly enough LOL

ps - I logged into existing ubuntuone account. I did not get any email at all explaining about the trust level or when I am eligible to post. So something may not be working correctly for new users.
Sorry to say but usually people open account when they need support or help. I’m here because i need help about lxd and i can’t post. I think it’s high time to say goodbye to lxd and use incus.
My understanding is that the LXD Support category can now be posted to by new users immediately.
Is this the case @aaronprisk ?
We just updated the new user process which makes it far easier to get an account made and post on the support categories here on the Discourse.
