Will Debian Sid amd64 be available on https://images.lxd.canonical.com/?

Hi, does anyone happen to know whether the Debian Sid image for the amd64 architecture will be available again on https://images.lxd.canonical.com soon?

I’ve noticed that the amd64 image has been unavailable for several days, while the arm64 version continues to receive rolling updates. I’m wondering if this is expected behavior or if there’s an issue, and I’d really appreciate seeing the amd64 image restored.

Thanks in advance!

Debian Sid has been failing for a while due to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1101532 but now it seems something changed as it no longer causes build failures.

I’ll have a look now that I know it’s failing when testing the resulting image. Thanks for the notification.

The problem is with isc-dhcp-client package that contains a bug preventing the apparmor.service from starting.

Debian folks are aware of it:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1103503
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1104344

I’ll try to come up with a workaround for our images.

Debian Sid (and Trixie which failed for the same issue) images are available now.
