I am unable to find a release plan for Ubuntu WSL. For example Ubuntu 24.04.1 was released few days ago but MS Store still seems to offer Ubuntu 24.04. It would also be useful to know when is the main Ubuntu item in the store planned to switch from 22.04 to 24.04.
Where can I find such a plan or a discussion about the release being prepared?
Also what is the best way to know which exact version is in the MS Store before installing it?
