User selected "Text size" affects button layout in page header

Changing the text size in Interface Preferences affects the button layout in the page headers of the Default theme. The correct layout in seen only with “Normal” sized text which I assume is the default.

Layout with “Normal” sized text:

Layout with “Larger” sized text

Looks like it depends on screen size and resolution, since it doesn’t work even with ‘Normal’ text size, which is what I generally use. However, it works perfectly fine on another laptop with a smaller screen.
