Ubuntu Pro Features List question - "Certified Windows drivers for KVM Guests"

The Ubuntu Pro Pricing page at Ubuntu Pro | plans and pricing | Ubuntu currently (as of November 12, 2024) lists “Certified Windows drivers for KVM Guests” in the list of features (third from the bottom of the Security and Compliance category), but this is not elaborated on any further in the documentation.

What exactly does this mean? Are these WHQL-signed as opposed to attestation-signed (in a similar manner to what RedHat does with RHEL as described in virtio-win-pkg-scripts/README.md at master · virtio-win/virtio-win-pkg-scripts · GitHub )? Also, if we are a Pro subscriber, how do we obtain these?

I’m currently running a prototype VM host at work running Ubuntu Server 24.04 - and if we can get WHQL drivers for our Windows guests with Pro that’s very beneficial additional ammo for me beyond “RHEL9 is now over three years old” when I try to justify putting together an Ubuntu system in a traditionally RedHat shop. (I’m currently only a personal Pro subscriber at home, but if that feature is what I think it is, it’ll help me potentially get the first Ubuntu Pro subscription at our site, as opposed to just “we’ve been using RedHat since the early 2000s, let’s continue”)
