Until now, Ubuntu has only three names belonging to class birds. So,
Homey Hummingbird or Howling Hummingbird

Howling Harrier would be nice.
The Harrier is cheerful, sweet-tempered, tolerant dog.
This name would fit in as exciting as the Harrier is generally cheerful and for once it has started howling. Also, it will be easy to make a wallpaper for HH if this is chosen by @sabdfl.

Apple eventually gave up on the cat names, although moving on to California cities is arguably just as lame.
I think the animal names have kind of been done to death. Time for Canonical to move on.

I wonder what happened with the naming convention around Hoary Hedgegog and Hardy Heron, they’re like 3 releases apart or so.

Hoary Hedgehog was named before it was decided to have the release names follow an alphabetical order. It only started with Dapper Drake.
As for 21.04’s name, I would suggest Harmonious Hummingbird.
