Ubuntu 20.04 Raspberry pi 3B+ Bluetooth Docker missing /opt/vc/bin/vcmailbox

Hi, I am new to this Ubuntu discourse. So I don’t whether i am posting at the right group. I am facing the issue /opt/vc/bin/vcmailbox: No such file or directory in my Raspberry pi 3B+ with Ubuntu 20.04 inside a docker container. I have tried Arm64v8/ubuntu and balenalib/aarch64-ubuntu-python container image to build my application. It is frustrating and going endless. If someone has the solution or faced a similar issue please point me to the solution.
