Ubuntu 20.04 / 21.04 screen goes blank for half a second

Hello, I have an issue
My laptop screen goes blank every half a second
GPU driver: NVidia open source / closed source

Laptop specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3550H (IGPU included Radeon Vega Mobile)
8 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1050 (Mobile) and Radeon Vega Mobile

Laptop: ASUS TUF FX505DD

When plugged in :
The screen goes blank for half a second after logged in (Ubuntu 21.04)
or
The screen goes blank for half a second after suspend (Ubuntu 21.04 / 20.04 LTS)

When on battery :
The screen goes blank for half a second after boot (Ubuntu 21.04)

Please help me!
