UbuCon Asia this year in Jaipur, India has a registration deadline for International participants (Non Indian nationals). This is because the local team need enough time to handle conference visa support for foreign participant. (It takes 3 weeks or more to process visa invitation letter. Local team also need to submit list of foreign participant applying for conference visa to immigration or relevant authorities)
