Two Gnome Weather patches to backport to impish

New on Impish Imp but a bit disappointed because gnome-weather doesn’t work for me reliably even with the new weather API.

@seb128, can you backport https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-weather/-/merge_requests/82 and maybe https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-weather/-/merge_requests/78 to gnome-weather 40.0?

Weather doesn’t work for me for so MANY Ubuntu versions and those are my best bet, that it might finally work again.

Or shall I file a bug for you?

gnome-weather 40.1 is now in Impish with those commits. It seems a little better, but there are still some issues.
