There is a problem of installing Ubuntu25.04 on Surface Pro 11th Edition

I want to install Ubuntu on Surface Pro 11. Before 25.04, there are not any official arm64 Ubuntu versions. But now, there is an official arm64 Ubuntu 25.04. It support most of Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite PCs. But for Surface Pro 11. I even can’t boot to Grub of Installer USB. It keeps restarting(BIOS set USB first boot).
