The "welcome to the ubuntu community discourse" box doesn't fit in the space allocated for it

Hello, this box at the top of all the pages doesn’t fit in the space allocated for it and that bothers me more than it should.

The box can be scrolled with the bar on the right or removed with the X top right.

It’s those scrollbars that I detest! I don’t know if I want to hit the X, afterall I might want to have access to those links in the future, either for me or for someone else. I just wish the contents fit the box.
