Subiquity 21.12.1 has been released to stable

Hi all,

I’ve just released Subiquity 21.12.1 to stable and so this version will be offered to all users during installation.

The changes in this release are not so large relative to the version that is on the Ubuntu 21.10 release ISOs, but that version was not offered to users of older versions because of packaging bugs. Users of 18.04 and 20.04 should look at the release notes for the 21.10.1 release as well.

I’ve just released 21.12.2 to stable, which fixes a bug in 21.12.1 where proxy settings were not applied to the apt configuration.
