Subiquity 19.12.1 has been released to stable

Hi everyone, I’ve released a new version of subiquity to the stable channel, so it should be offered to all users now. You can see some details at https://github.com/CanonicalLtd/subiquity/releases/tag/19.12.1 but the main highlight of this release is a UI for viewing and submitting error reports.

I’ll try to make a post here for any releases that we make from now on. The next main thing I’m going to be working on is implementation of autoinstall.

Can I ask how version dramatically like-jumped from 19.10 to 19.12? You talking month version? Just curious as a dev.

Yes, it is year dot month.

And year dot month dot release-in-month, so the next release will be either 19.12.2 or 20.01.1 depending on if we do one this year or not.
