Snap version of rustup isn’t working

$ cargo install macchina

snap info --verbose rustup points to GitHub · Where software is built for issues, you should file it there …
(this looks like a packaging error of someone who isn’t too familiar with classic snap packaging (which is extremely hard to get right))
