I’ve been noticing a strange Snap Store bug on 20.04. When I click on one of the subtopics listed on the first page like “Productivity” often all I get is a blank page. Sometimes it loads software titles, sometimes it doesn’t. Seems like a pretty severe bug to me.

I’ve seen something similar although I don’t think the software titles have ever failed to appear.
Please take a look at the outstanding Snap Store bugs on Launchpad and file a new report there if your issue hasn’t already been reported.

Snap store can’t see deb packages and you need to restart it (with the system monitor because otherwise it’s still running in background).
