Seeing replies to posts

This is a simple thought. When I goto my posts it would be helpful if it also noted whether there is a reply or not.

I don’t need a reply on this one.

It already does this. When you go to a topic, assuming you’re logged in, it will scroll down to the next message that you haven’t seen.

Also if you look at the top right, you’ll see a group of icons. Click on the one on the right (it will look like your profile picture and since you don’t have one, it will just be an uppercase version of the first letter of your username, so D, in a circle) and menu will pop up. Click on the icon on the column on the right that looks like a reply arrow and you’ll see all your recent replies starting with the most recent one at the top. You’ll see something like this (but with your profile picture and replies, not mine):

Oh, and when the replies come in, your profile icon will have a “badge” showing the number of unread replies you have at the top right of the profile icon. This also happens with the reply icon in the menu:

Also were you to click the profile icon in that menu (looks like monochrome :bust_in_silhouette:), and then click on “Notifications,” then “Replies” below it, you can see all the replies with the newest ones at the top:

Thank you for the replies. My problem was because I didn’t check out everything. There is a LOT of stuff that has changed and I am lazy and apologize. Now, at least, I know better!

You can also set up mail notification in your profile, that way you get emails about replies to your posts …

… and if you’re not logged in too!

If you visit a discourse site from the same browser, the cookie will keep a track of the threads you’re up to date on. So to read the site, you don’t even need a login
