I need some help regarding a message I have each time I start my desktop computer. I always have the same message concerning the update of some app :
As you can see, this screen capture is from october, but I still have this message today. I’m a bit lost and I don’t know in which direction looking at.
Any help would be appreciated.

The clue is in this line.
Everything is fine on your system, so no need to be concerned.
Phased updates are used to gradually roll out software updates to users over time instead of releasing them to everyone at once.
Developers do this to keep on top of any new bugs or regressions in the software.
Which specific packages and how long before you receive the update?
I guess it depends on the particular package, sorry that is all I know.

I think that’s not so simple. Indeed, the message is there since I updated my Ubuntu to 24.04 version. For this period of time, sometimes I had some package in “phasing” status, sometimes I had all the packages up to date.
Moreover, I don’t even find any trace of the “QGIS Desktop” package :

I had this package when I was on Ubuntu 22.04. Since that, I updated to Ubuntu 24.04 but I can’t remember if I uninstalled the package or if I suddenly lost it.
Not sure what to tell you, perhaps do some housecleaning?

sudo apt autoclean
Perhaps also check for hidden config files for that app in your home folder, maybe something was left over?

So, my question is this: Since October, has the Software store shown the same apps the whole time, or do the displayed apps change?
If the displayed apps keep changing over time, I wouldn’t worry about it. If they’re always the same apps, then let’s look at this further.

I’ve read that dist-upgrade has been deprecated in favour of full-upgrade, albeit that the difference is pretty small.

Yes, this is exactly my problem. Always the same apps appear.
Hmm, that is strange indeed. I’m also puzzled as to why QGIS Desktop and Software Updater are shown twice.
The other thing is that your Store looks like the old one, not the new one for 24.04, which you say you have.
So, let’s try clearing the Store and reinstalling it, in order to reset it completely, in case there’s some corruption there. Follow these instructions in order.
Close the Store, if it’s open.
sudo snap remove --purge snap-store
sudo snap install snap-store
Start the Store. You should notice that it looks quite different.
Go to the “Manage” tab (on the left-hand side near the bottom), and select “Check for updates”.
If everything goes well, this should be clear.
