No update, having troubles in reproducing this, don’t know if I would hever proceed.
I change we have in devel fixes it, but it’s not easy to detach (being part of the xrandr scaling changes).

I would need doko to bisecet it, until that date I can’t do much.

No progress on this last week because I was still catching up after vacation and upstream has not actioned it yet (it is a priority for PulseAudio v14 according to them though). There should be some news about it next week.
