Rbenv - simple per-user Ruby version manager should be named rubyenv

I guess to name rbenv from rbenv to rubyenv will make much more easier to understand how to install this package for newcomers

Couldn’t you just make an alias in your shell? rbenv is an established project, not sure why you would want to go against this?
