Raspberry Pi - Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS won’t boot

I downloaded the latest version of Ubuntu Server 20.04 for Raspberry Pi (64bit) and flashed it to an SD card.

When I insert the card and power on the Raspberry Pi . . . all I get is the following;

. . . and it simply hangs on the ‘U-Boot>’ prompt.

What am I doing wrong?
