I am running with Ubuntu 24.04.2
I have just installed my Dymo labelwriter-DUO-Tape-128 I then checked to see how it was feeding labels and it was doing fine (only one at a time and right length). Then I went back to ubuntu settings and check the printer and was told that it was ready and that the Driver was “DYMO LabelWriter DUO Tape 128”. Then I told it to print a test. It hummed, and made sounds as if it did that and stopped. Nothing came and and nothing was printed. I have a problem.
Oh, I opened it up, with a button, and noticed that it had a tab setup which ias a tape that was dead black and which was actually the ink on the tape which goes onto the paper. It sounded if it was working but wasn’t. I am assuming that as there was nothing either written or came out.
Thoughts?
