Problem with a time machine backup

I wanted to make a windows server routeur AND time machine backup, a bit like a time capsule from Apple… So I followed different tutorial about how to do a time machine backup system, I achieved it and decided to program the wifi router… I failed and after that I couldn’t see the backup on the network anymore ??? I am a total noob so I you have an idea ? please…

Im am under ubuntu server 16.04
