Should the Ubuntu Community make color themes to make a theme pack for the new Yaru theme?

As I mentioned about the icons, instead of wasting our times on themes, we could technically politely ask the creators of the folder-color package to include the Yaru theme, but as I mentioned-it is two colors, the inner and outer, so should I ask?
