Package Reporting in Landscape

Hello people,

We have Landscape 23.03.
The client machines are mostly on jammy and using the 23.08+git6296-0ubuntu0 client versions.
Almost third (78) of our machines do not report package information, even thou their local logs show that they did that:

Server logs do not show anything helpful, at least not the ones I looked into.
We were checking the apt functionality on them, and all as you can see, most are not on the list that has issues, since that is something we regularly clean up, 26 are with apt problems - some of them minor.

Could you please provide some insight into what else we can try?
