a sensible form to make a final URL would be to used an obvious subdomain like this full domain name: aws.ubuntu.com or aws.docs.ubuntu.com. this is very flexible. the “server” for this domain can be hosted anywhere ports 80 and/or 443 can reach. you can use AWS to host all aspects of this. you can set up a big array of redundancy so that it’s the last one around when Earth finally get consume by that big fire in the sky.
