Ubuntu Version:
25.04
Desktop Environment (if applicable):
Gnome
Problem Description:
There is one very particular problem preventing me from switching to wayland: when using RTL interface, with wayland, the top pixel line of the screen is not recognized for the sake of triggering screen corners hotspots.
That means that when I want to trigger the screen’s top right hotspot, as defined in system settings → multitasking (remember, that’s RTL) with the mouse pointer, I cannot move it to the top of the screen and slide it to the right. I must move the pointer to the right of the screen and from there slide it upwards.
This issue exists since wayland has been introduced to ubuntu.
My question is: against which packege should I report a bug? Is it a mutter issue? gnome-settings? gnome-shell? libwayland? Something else?
Relevant System Information:
I use the Nvisia proprietary gpu driver, if that’s relevant.
