Hi, I am one of the IRC ops of Italian Ubuntu IRC channels.
I voted for his promotion as an IRC op and I know Mrpan from several years now.
Like Carlin0, also Mrpan is always present and available to support people. He is always friendly with everyone and there are no doubts on his hardware and software knowledge.
I strongly support Mrpan request for membership and I am sure he will do well for Ubuntu community.
