With @alan_g on holiday, it’s been a fairly calm week for Mir.
On the graphics side, @RAOF has been continuing work on NVIDIA support. Some changes to Mir’s platform abstraction will need to be made eventually.
I’ve been continuing to port Mate panel to Wayland. The basics work, but popups created by the panel are not placed correctly. This is due to needing to make a GTK construct (a popup) from something GTK doesn’t understand (a layer shell surface). I’m currently looking into a solution.
