We are thrilled to announce that, due to the overwhelming engagement and interest from our vibrant community, the Kubuntu Council has decided to extend the submission deadline for the Kubuntu Brand Graphic Design contest. Originally set to close at 23:59 on 31st March 2024, the new deadline will now be 23:59 on Saturday, 6th April 2024.
The decision to extend the submission period comes in response to numerous requests from community members who are eager to contribute but have asked for a little more time to perfect their designs. The Kubuntu Council is incredibly excited about the level of participation and the quality of submissions we’ve seen thus far. This extension is our way of ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to share their vision for the Kubuntu brand.
Contest Review and Results Announcement
Please note that the Kubuntu Council will review all contest submissions on Sunday, 7th April 2024. We will announce the results on Monday, 8th April 2024, at 20:00 UTC through an official announcement on the Kubuntu website. This will give our judges adequate time to consider each submission carefully and select the designs that best represent the spirit and future of Kubuntu.
