I am Phat Le well on second country known as Phat Le. I have dual residency Finland and Vietnam and spend 50/50 on both countries.
I have been full time Linux user for 4 years now started from Ubuntu spend some weeks on it then moved already openSUSE and was year for Tumbleweed. After Tumbleweed moved to Fedora and have been there on main machine since contribute to discourse, QA, beta testing, but mainly love QA and testing
I am Web dev, front-end, Creative Developer, photographer that loves graphics stuff Three J’s, webGL, Blender and photo/video editing
Past year I have been really into Cyber Security and immutable systems testing Fedora Silverblue, Kinoite, openSUSE Aeon and KalPa.
I really love the immutable systems combined containerized development like fedora toolbox and distro box with docker.
I have been waiting for Ubuntu Core Desktop to come so I can start checking it out how it runs and working especially containerized development workflows and snaps, help to make it smooth and integration working especially Native messaging has been issues on atomic ones with flat parks where apps can’t talk together that makes password managers pretty hard to use as those are meant.
I just got tired of bleeding edge systems and issues with unstable and breaking so moved back to 24.04.1 and I just love it. So easy to setup everything works DaVinci Studio, VMware Workstation pro etc
I joined to QA mailing list, signed ode of conduct and joined QA team so I can start slowly learn how stuff and contribution works here
Now I just waiting for Ubuntu atomic do I can start getting my immutable systems and workflows running
