Is https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ down temporarily or closed?

I want to read https://help.ubuntu.com/community/mkusb because I plan to port part of it to this website and make it up to date, but failed.

I can reach https://help.ubuntu.com/ but
cannot reach https://help.ubuntu.com/community/

Is this Ubuntu community help site down temporarily or is it closed?

I can confirm help.ubuntu.com/community/ is down.

As Canonical has shut down for the holidays - presently then is up in the air when the site will be restored.

-just my best effort to try and help-

Thanks for confirming, and if I understand correctly, it is ‘only’ down temporarily

A while later when I tried it works again. Thanks to whoever fixed it

We are having some growing pains that are being worked on please bear with us while we are doing construction.

Thank you

I was able to do some updating earlier today on help.ubuntu.com/community/mkusb, but now, after reading your kind explanation, it is not available.

Yes, I understand that you are working hard to re-structure the Ubuntu websites and I can wait. Now I know that it will be available again.

Is this still an issue? I’m unable to get to https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingANewHardDrive with the same 504 Gateway Time-out error.

I’ve been checking links at the Wayback Machine:
https://web.archive.org/web/20241224204041/https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingANewHardDrive

Probably best to look there for now.

Yes, still a temporary issue.

Reminder: Holiday weeks for many. Patience is appreciated.

@rubi1200’s solution is simple and clever. I like it.

Ok thanks! I just wanted to check as I didn’t see any banners or anything on the base site warning of any issues or potential outages. I can use @rubi1200 solution for time travel  to review the documents for the Ubuntu CUE.01 Linux certification while I have some time off
