it’s on Ubuntu summit but how to install cosmic on Ubuntu?

I moved your post to its own topic for better support.
The Cosmic DE is not currently in the official Ubuntu repositories and is therefore not supported here.
If it interests you, I suggest you download and run the latest version as a live USB.

Bear in mind that while Pop!_OS is based on Ubuntu, we only support official Ubuntu versions and flavours so you would need to find support elsewhere.

Cosmic desktop is still beta (test release) so if you want to volunteer to test it for the developers you are obviously free to do so. It all might work fine but there is really no expectation that it will on a beta release since testing is the purpose of a beta release.

I saw Cosmic DE has been released this month, so is there plan available for ubuntu? I have test it on vm and I want use it on my daily driver (currently I use gnome).
