Hi all, please guide me on how I can adjust the brightness of the display. I am using Raspberry pi 3b+ with Ubuntu server 18.04. Since the Ubuntu server does not come with desktop UI.

Software brightness control (like xrandr --brightness) is currently broken on Raspberry Pi due to a kernel bug.
When that’s fixed it will probably only get fixed in Ubuntu 22.04. But even if that feature was working it’s not recommended due to reduced colour quality. You should ideally tweak brightness on the monitor itself.
