Hi everyone!
I am a Linux user who recently moved on from Windows to various Linux distributions and live in beautiful Switzerland. I am a full-stack developer that just started using Ubuntu and the Linux world in October (at version 24.10, so I’m an Oriole). I’m currently working on my own Ubuntu-based distro and can’t wait to meet the community to expand my Ubuntu knowledge!

Do you mind me asking why you are making your own distro instead of joining some other distro ?
First of all, due to that I can control what software I want. I can customise my system however I want to. And most important, I can make my system to my system. Sorry if you don’t understand my English

You’re definitely in the right place to learn all about Ubuntu. I see you mentioned wanting to create your own spin of Ubuntu. Can you share what you had in mind for that project?
It will be tailored for developers and using the real Budgie desktop (unlike Ubuntu Budgie). And thank you for the kind welcome, still feeling new as I came shortly from Windows and having troubles navigating the Ubuntu desktop!
