I love Linux, FOSS, and especially, Ubuntu(s) for a many years. I used Ubuntu, then KUbuntu and now Ubuntu Mate. These platforms and tools helped me thrive in my daily work as a Linux System SWE.
I do have fun and nice experience working and using Ubuntu. And today, I am glad to join Canonical/Ubuntu community to learn, work and contribute what I can.
As a new joiner, it would be great if anyone give me a talk, a hint or a point to start getting familiar with our community and what we do. I may pay attention to Kernel docs.
IRT where to get the better feel for what transpires in the Ubuntu community - IMHO the places to frequent are: https://ubuntuforums.org/
Our IRC instances on the irc.libera.chat network.
Developing are various Martix rooms - discover for yourself; as I am not enrolled there.
These are operating system support venues - all help is greatly appreciated.
